Presumably not genuine

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a pair of cast resin figurines in the manner of chinese ivory carvings. The resin is usually mixed with marble powder to add some weight. You will notice at the back of the empress statue that there is a line where the two parts of the mold were joined. There are no Schreger lines you would find on genuine ivory tusks. Such statues were made to deceive the buyer as early as the 1960s, mostly sold to tourists in Hong Kong. Unfortunately fakes have no value. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
