Dear Aldo,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a Masonic Knight Templar sword without the scabbard. This piece was made out of steel, brass, and probably bone. Such ceremonial swords were used as signs of membership in Masonic orders, indicated the rank of the member, and are nowadays still often on the market especially in The United States. This piece was probably made in the late 19th century.
This piece is in medium condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
