What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese slip cast porcelain teapot, transfer printed with rococo salon style prints, bearing a gloss gold phantasy manufacturer sign "five stars above M encircled by halo and writing Napoli Fine Quality", with additional hand painted gloss gilding. Most likely produced after 1990 in China, although the base marks suggest production in Italy. Small chip to the rim. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
