Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a mid 20th century drop leaf tea trolley or tea cart with tray of dark walnut colour. The condition seems to be very good vintage. The general taste has shifted and apparently tea trolleys are less in demand today. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction recently. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
