I am not sure how to determine where it was made or by whom. There are two orange ceramic or terra cotta greyhounds. Dimensions are 9ʺW × 14ʺD × 26ʺH.

I've found similar hounds - both in pairs or singles - listed for sale online and they're largely believed to be French, mid 20th Century. The couple that have sold at auction have brought prices ranging from $ 800 to $1,200 for the pair.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

Each hollow-cast and realistically modeled, seated on cushions. Unsigned

Hi Justin,
I don't think seeing these in person would necessarily reveal more information than what you've shared and what I can tell in these photos.
If you list them for sale, I would start with a high(er) number since you can always lower your asking price if you don't get any inquiries...that will ensure you don't undersell these.
