A vintage Stradivarius style spruce and maple violin
made in 1968 by TG Pfretzschner, specifications certified by Scherl & Roth, Inc. Cleveland, Ohio
With spruce front, maple back, ribs and neck, ebony fingerboard, tailpiece and chin rest.

CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use; playing condition not warranted.

MENC specifications are just the standard specifications. Sounds like Scherl & Roth just checked to make sure the violin conformed to standards and may not have actually adjusted anything. It doesn't impact the value. You're all set.
