It is a detail out of the famous Sistine Chapel, which was decorated with frescos by Michelangelo from 1505-1512, and shows the creation of Adam. This painting has the measurements of 53 to 40 inches, made in acrylic paint or oil a canvas and is signed with "W. Harris". Sadly there is no artist mentioned in auction record lists or similar databases. This painting was made in the last third of the 20th century.
