Possibly bronze. It weighs around 18 pounds and has what sounds like it’s partially filled with pebbles. It is around 16” long 17” tall (with antlers) 6” deep The person I purchased it from had it at least 40 years
I purchased it at an Estate Sale. It had been in their family at least 40 years. I’m not sure where they purchased it.

The presented object appears to be a yellow metal alloy cloisonne statue with the measurements of 17 x 16 x 6 inches. This piece depicts the Chinese "God of Longevity" (Shoulao) sitting on a deer. His clothes and the collar of the deer are decorated with colorful cloisonne. This piece was made in China in the late 20th century in the tradition of Chinese art.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
