What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an offset print on paper laid down on composition board, the frame imitated by applying different kinds of lacquer, the top layer with added drying accelerator, which leads to shrinking of the top layer and cracks. This craquelure is artificial and adds some "age" to the otherwise modern reproduction print of the 1960s. Such home decor items were mass produced in italy, but Mexico could be another possibilty. Unfortunately this is just decorative wall decoration. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
