From what I can see on the images you provided this appears to be a late 20th century reproduction print on canvas after the painting "resolution in a gale "by Willem van de Velde (1633-1707), ca. 1678, now in the Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London, England. The estimate is based on similar framed prints offered or sold at auction.
