This is a later 20th century framed reproduction by A.R.T. Artagraph of the 1875 painting entitled The Skiff, or La Yole, by Pierr-Auguste Renoir. It is not The Rowing Party. The one and only original of this is in the London National Gallery. The dimensions of yours are most likely not "34 1/4 by 6 1/4' as stated in this enquiry. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
