Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 19th century japanese Arita teapot painted in underglaze blue, lid is missing, some wear to it and also a few chips. There is an incised sign of the maker or a previous owner 登谷 at the underside. The estimate is based on similar sold or offered at auction.
