I can't tell from these photos if these are hand-woven or machine-woven (I'd need to see the back of one corner of each to tell for sure) but will base these upon them being machine-woven and of lesser value.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

late 20th Century
With a circular medallion on a blue ground within a Greek key medial border and cream outer border, with cream selvedges
approximately 4'2" by 5'10"

These are both hand woven - we were in the factory visiting while they were weave other carpets
