What does this mean?

This is an antique, early 20th century, about 1913 - 1920's, signed Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933) hand blown glass 'paperweight' glass vase with leaves and flowers which stands 7.5" tall. Tiffany took the concept of lampwork used in round glass paperweights and applied that craftsmanship to creating a glass vase with lampwork. This valuation does not serve as an authentication of this vase. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
