A vintage American Art Nouveau style leaded slag glass chandelier
early/mid 20th Century
With pinched pointed collar, the domed shade with "turtleback" tiles in various colors, on a scalloped lower rim.

Unfortunately, no. Tiffany inspired a few generations of craftsmen and this is at least one, if not two, generations removed. A very commercial shade but not rare and of modest value.
So it’s not an original?
