Platinum band with leaf/flower pattern; solid thin platinum ring about 1/4 inch below band; etched design with ribbon at the top and bouquet hanging from ribbon; fluted stem - cup has unique design but don’t know how to explain

Your wine goblet is in the Melrose pattern by Tiffin-Franscian and appears to be in good condition. The pattern features a blown glass body with an acid-etched floral design and a platinum band. The pattern was in production from 1975-1979. Based on recent price realizations a fair market value for your goblet would be between 5 and 10 US dollars.
