Disney’s The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1977) is a feature-length compilation of three previously released Disney shorts: "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree" (1966); "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day" (1968; and "Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too" (1974). A new short epilogue was added to link the stories together, creating a cohesive narrative. This was one of the first times Disney successfully combined multiple shorts into a single feature film.
This was the last project that Walt Disney personally worked on before his death in 1966. He was involved in the early development of Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree and envisioned the stories as a series of shorts rather than a single film, to gradually introduce the characters to American audiences.
While Tigger cells can retail for up to several hundred dollars, when they come up at auction, these days they usually sell for between $150 and $250.
