You have a nice painted famille rose vase made in late republic period say around 1940. Its quite common in China to honor old emperors or just show good quality by using an older hallmark. The 'ears' on the vase and also the way the painting is done is typical for that period. The back shows a poem from Chinese literature or theater. The small red mark is the maker of the painting. You did not mention the height but I can see the background and made a guess. If its a little higher or a little lower then you can change the estimation slightly. I see a vase of 25 cm height.
