Original oil painting. Gallery framed. Measurements with frame - 79cm x 103 cm x 4cm. Measurements for the painting only - 75cm x 100 cm.
The painting was purchased by a member of my family at the end of 2003/beginning of 2004. It has just been in the one family and has been hanging on the wall all this time. It was bought from HK Fineart in Hong Kong and was gallery framed.

This appears to be a painting by Họa sĩ Trần Vinh (Trần Quốc Vinh) born 1959, well known for his photography in Hai Phong, but also for the paintings he started to paint later in his career. None of his paintings have surfaced on the secondary art market yet,
therefore an independent art market value based on supply and demand has not been established yet. The Vietnam art market, ist still a niche market where the focus is on first half 20th century paintings. The very tentative estimate is based on similar works of art by other vietnamese artists of the same era and of similar exhibiton history.
