What does this mean?

Dear Jill,

Thank you again for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

This is a portrait of an indigenous man in Thailand
Mixed media
It measures 22 x 18 inches (framed) and 15-3/4" x 12" (without frame)
It is signed in red on the lower right, "SAK".
The condition is excellent.
It is framed and matted.

Unfortunately, after searching this artist, I am sorry that I could not find any similar artist's name in our records. It seems to me that an obscure artist has executed the painting that you own.

Therefore, this criteria is reflected in the estimate in red that appears above. The subject work's size and composition were also taken into consideration when determining these figures.

Best regards,

Karine
