Unidentified Chinese Sword

Description
Over 12inches long from hilt to tip of blade. There is noticable rust on and outside the blade. Along with some scratches. Appears to be bronze or copper around the hilt. Unsure about the material. The outside is covered in chinese characters and dragon.
