The values Mearto provides are fair-market values, based on recent sales of comparable works at auction. I have not been able to find other examples selling at auction, though there are a few examples of similar size being offered online.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

By United Design, probably mid- 20th Century
7 1/2 inches tall, 8 inches diameter
CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good condition, with original factory labels.

The base is 8"wide and it's approximately 7.5" tall. It's also quite heavy.
