Small painting my mom got at an Los Angeles Auction. In upper right corner it is signed but I cannot identify. appears to be some water tamage on the drawing.

Thank you for your appraisal inquiries with Mearto. The item presented appears to be an etching by Spanish artist Mariano Jose Maria Bernardo Fortuny (1838 - 1874) titled "Idyll: a naked youth seated outdoors on a plinth playing a double flute, a goat on the ground before him." The print is signed in plate tot he upper corner and dates to circa 1865. The Metropolitan Museum of Art hold an example of this print in their collection. Link below.
