What does this mean?

This is a vintage 3rd quarter 20th century modern semi-abstract style cast solid metal statue of 2 people that stands 3 feet tall x 2 feet wide and is mounted on a wood plinth base. The piece weighs in at 140lbs and is possibly bronze with an applied gold patina to surface. The figural pair are reminiscent of sculptures by the British Semi-Abstract monumental sculpture artist, Henry Moore (1898 - 1986) This sculpture depicts a 1/2 length person leaning on the shoulder of another. Whether this is a couple, family members or friends that is open to interpretation. The sculpture is illegible signed, appears like E. Rubin, and dated 1971. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
