I can't find any mention of Florence Gardner in any of the artist databases but think it's pretty likely that she's the artist of this, and the other works you've submitted an appraisal query for.
As an unlisted artist, the value of this painting should come down, which I've update now.
While getting ready to add 2 more paintings for appraisal that I believe are by the same I artist, I noticed this sticker on the back of one. I am not sure if this will changed the appraised value, but I think the artist is Florence Gardner, not Fred.
