Acquired at auction of Northeast Pennsylvania Estate Feb 4 2020. Stretched painting measures 20" x 24.25" and period incorrect frame is 26" x 30" for reference. Has been previously conserved as in being relined and fitted into the modern inexpensive frame. Stretcher looks period most likely original to painting. Painting is very cracklore with spots of either bare canvas or relining showing. Not noticeable until close up.

Your work appears to be a copy of the Portrait of Beatrice (Cenci) by the Italian Baroque painter Guido Reni. The original painting can be found at the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Antica of Palazzo Barberini, Rome.
Many reproductions of different qualities have been done over the years. The one you have acquired which measures 30" (h) x 25.5"(w) seems to be from the 19th Century/ early 20th Century.
Comparable copies sell in the price range listed above at auctions.
