What does this mean?

This is a late 19th to early 20th century Art Glass vase with a crackle, luster surface. Although somewhat based on the appearance of Tiffany favrile glass, this is Bohemian glass by Loetz in their Candia Papillon line. Most true, authentic LC Tiffany glass wares were signed and had the pontil mark on the underside. Sans pontil mark on underside, this vase was mold blown and polished at the rim and not hand blown. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
