What does this mean?

This is a 19th century porcelain Sevres - style Continental hand painted ware that is signed M. Demonceaux. The painting is a classical allegorical scene. The piece is then mounted with a metal lid and pedestal base that is cloisonne enamel that was crafted in China. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
