This is a small sized framed oil panel painting from just about 1885 - 1900 by the listed Dutch genre painter Pierre Tetar Van Elven (1828 - 1908) that depicts a young Dutch girl, in traditional costume with holding a tea serving tray and striking a pose. The frame is gilded molded paster over wood; the framing was done later, around 1920 - 1930s. This would have been a late work by the artist and from the images there are significant condition issues to the surface. His earlier works, in larger sizes, which include buildings and landscapes are more sought after by collectors. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
