What does this mean?

Dear Terry,

What you have here is a vase made in China and its called Cantonese porcelain based on the place it was made Canton the English name for Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong, China. Your vase is made late 19th / early 20th century. Chinese art and antiques are sought after since Chinese people start buying a lot on internation ( and national ) marketplace. If your vase came to auction I believe it would fetch a price around the estimate. I take the light bottom crack into consideration.
