Dear Deborah,
Thank you for the additional information and photos that you provided. Your vase, unfortunately, is not Waterford. Waterford doesn't do may piece with Brunswick stars nor do they use that type of cutting on the foot. With that being said, your vase is American Brilliant Period cut glass. It also appears to be in good condition and dates from the early 20th century. Based on recent price realization fair market value for your vase would be between 200 and 500 US dollars.

Waterford always marks there stuff, but it can also wear off over time and can be hard to spot. Also, don't worry about cleaning things before you send them in, as long as the marks, if there are any, can be seen then we are good!

All I found was 2 small chips. Does Waterford always mark their glass. I purchased an apurn with glass bowls in Palm Beach, I was told they were Waterford, but I don't see any marks either. I was going to have you appraisal that too, but I haven't felt like polishing it.
