A vintage Vecchia Murano enameled glass decanter set
made by Vecchia Murano Glass Factory, Murano, Italy, 1980s
In amethyst glass with enameled and gilt floral decoration, comprising a decanter with elongated neck, bulbous gilt stopper and single loop handle, with eight glasses, each with flaring conical bowl on a tall stem, on circular base.
Decanter: 13 inches overall height
Glasses: 3 3/4 inches overall height
CONDITION: appears to be in excellent condition; value assumes no chips, breaks, repairs or losses.
PROVENANCE: acquired at the Vecchia Murano Glass Factory in 1985
