What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a last quarter 20th century umbrella stand in the form of a naval rum or water keg or barrel, made from old wood ( partial woodworm infestation prior to production of the keg), decorative brass bands and lion head handles, patinated, manufactured in Great Britain or Italy. The estimate is based on similar umbrella stands offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental feeling you might attach to the item.
