These two lamps appear to be vintage brass body and some minor stains. Both shades a pearl Stiffel brand. The body has no markings of brand, however the electrical portion looks replaced and made by Excelsior brand. The Knobs to turn on lamp also have Stiffel marking. I was not sure how much it is worth and would love an appraisal!

Approximately 32.5 inches tall. Bottom base is 5.5 in chest by 5.5 inches. Bottom portion of shade is 1 ft in diameter the top portion is 5 inches in diameter.
