Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a vintage taiwanese Cochin Ware ceramic figurine of a Qilin (the horn is typical), a mystical being similar to the dragon. The ceramic figurine is painted in enamel colours and bears three manufacturer signs, one reads 陶光 ( tao guang or shiny pottery), the others are illegible. The center of production is in southwestern Taiwan in the city of Jia Yi 嘉義. Similar items sell within the price range listed at auction.
