In excellent structural condition. Has original upholstery but needs upholstery cleaning.
My mother purchased this item new in California in 1978. There are no labels on the chair so mfg is unknown. All the cane weave is in perfect condition. The chair is in all original condition.

A vintage French provincial Louis XV style caned walnut canopy porter chair
fourth quarter 20th Century
The carved walnut frame caned to the exterior and interior, with domed canopy top centering a carved rosette, enclosed sides, demi-upholstered arms over serpentine supports, upholstered seat bottom with squab seat, all raised on short cabriole legs ending in scroll feet.

CONDITION: not examined in person but appears to be in good 'all original' condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
