This is a Louis Vuitton Manhattan GM in Monogram Oeillet Blue Ostrich-Trim Canvas, it was designed by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton around 2005–2006. The large central buckle, rivets, and luxe trim point to this being a special edition Manhattan GM, not a standard monogram model.

There are some brands that have extraordinary staying power when it comes to value and Louis Vuitton is one of them; the prices it realizes at auction (which are fair-market, akin to wholesale), are comparable to prices retailers can command, both online and in brick-and-mortar shops. I've found a few versions of this online for between $1,200-1,500, which is what this would likely sell for if offered at auction.
