This dress/cloak has two NBC tags with two different women's names indicating they were to be worn for some production. Kate Chapman, Nicole Grant are the two names each with own tag. Tags appear to be early 2000s. The gown itself is half gown half cloak with a thick zipper on the bodice that stops around the hips and opens up. Top shoulder cloak can be flipped up to create a self standing halo collar Coloring is multi-hued iridescent pink, blue and gold with a little green. Condition for age is excellent has minor fuzzies.
