A vintage porcelain figurine lamp. It has what appears to be silk-bound electrical cords and is in very good condition. The lamp is 11" tall from table to the top of the light socket. The porcelain from the base to the top of the figures' heads is 6" in height. The metal (possibly brass) base of the lamp is 3.5" x 3.5". I have been unable to find any hallmark or signature. On a side note, I have a mate to this lamp that has been damaged. My cat knocked it off the shelf and the woman's torso and arm are broken into 7 separate pieces. LUEL RESTORATION STUDIO in Los Angeles has given me an estimate of between $625 and $725 to repair it. I can send pictures of both lamps if requested, but am asking the appraisal on the one in very good condition. Thank you.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a french figural lamp base, a hand painted porcelain group of a couple in rococo dresses playing music mounted on a pierced brass construction. A similar figural lamp base sold recently was marked "France" at the base. A similar pair of lamp bases in good condition recently sold for approx. 250 USD at auction. The price for the restoration appears to be rather expensive, compared to the current market value of the item. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lamps, therefore the cost of restoration might be acceptable to you personally.
