Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be last quarter 20th to early 21st century rocking horse in the style of early 20th century carousel horses. These reproductions were made in huge numbers in the last quarter of the 20th century both in the Philippines and in China. They are CNC carved and hand carved, painted and patinated to make them look old or vintage. The estimate is based on recent auction results. "Asking prices" in the trade are not very much higher, due to even supply and demand.
