Dear Mary,
Thank you for your help and patience.
The presented object appears to be a painting made in oil paint on canvas with measurements of 11.5 x 8.5 inches. The painting depicts an arcadic landscape with a farmhouse a fisherman sitting on the bench of a river and a woman on the other side of the river. This painting is signed in the right lower corner with the name "Bellings". Sadly this artist is not identical to the South American artist Ron Bellings, who paints in a different realistic style and different motifs like warplanes. It is probable that this painting was made with a nom de plume and it was made as a decorative painting. In Mexico, there is one production centre for such decorative paintings in Western-style which were exported to Noth America
Works by this artist were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
George
