Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 1920s solid oak and cast iron washstand, mirror and washbasin hidden under the lid. Smaller pieces of both usefull and decorative furniture usually easily finds a buyer. The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
