Hello Kaykay,
Thank you for your comments, and yes, I can understand your concerns. The prices quoted here are for works of his realized at auction, not sold for in retail art galleries. The record for the artist is $1,671,270, which was achieved at a sale at Christie's in 2015 for a very large (38" x 100") oil on canvas work. Watercolor works are almost always considerably less than oil paintings, and your work is very small. I have not found any other examples from this series having sold at auction, so it is considered "untested" at auction and warrants a conservative estimate. I also have not found any online examples of this series being sold in a gallery.
Saffronart - an auction house in Mumbai has offered a LOT of his works but most of his works that they've offered with estimates higher than $10,000 do not sell. The auction houses Christie's, Sotheby's and Bonhams sell Hussain's works but most of his watercolors of this size sell below $8,000.
