What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a very rare wedgwood black basalt ware figurine, depicting a young hardly clad woman leaning on a rock with an anchor and looking out to see, symbolizing hope, also inscribed "Hope" and "Wedgwood". I could not locate any other identical figurine, neither in the Wedgwood museum nor in the V&A Museum. A slightly similar figurine, possibly by the same designer, depicting Cleopatra and dated mid 19th century was sold at auction. Due to the missing comparable auction results, the estimate is rather vague. A true collector or the museums mentioned above might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
