What does this mean?

This is a vintage Mid 20th century decorator lamp with a Wedgwood Queensware ceramic base in a white reeded urn vase form with blue raise molded bellflower row and gilded metal. These table lamps were generally sold as a pair. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
