What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a Wemyss revival pottery pig, hand painted with roses, inscribed "made in England" and "Wemyss ware" and number "9". These very attractive ceramic pigs were produced over a long period of time at different places by various potters and painters. The one in your possession possibly during the second half of the 20th century. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
