No identifying maker, but is stamped underneath the seat with "4510". All fixtures and "nails" are wooden, no steel nails . The rockers are also wood and fit in tongue and groove. There are a lot of scratches on the seat and wear on the arms, but otherwise very sturdy and solid.

The shaped crest over five arrow-turned spindles, between cylindrical stiles issuing flat-oriented rounded arms, over arrow-turned spindles, over a saddle seat, raised on four shaped legs joined by an H-stretcher, all on rockers. Marked '4510' underneath.
