Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese Meji period late 19th century Arita porcelain hand painted blue white porcelain plate, depicting a coastal landscape with a traditional japanese house or temple near the lake shore, high mountains in the distance, with a sloppy company mark at the underside, possibly Aoki. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
