I found it. But the previous owner was in the military and has several oriental items.

Dear Alicia,
This teapot is made second half 20th century and is unfortunately not an antique. Its very decorative and wll executed but its not from the Yongzheng period. My estimation is based on later copy's in auctions and sales of this quality.
