I’m not sure who made it but it’s stamped with the date of Mar 14 1978. Wooden with cloth seat with print that belongs in the time it was made. Original fabric. I know it’s a long shot that it’s valuable, but taking it anyway.

the shaped crest with relief carving over 7 spindles flanked by turned stiles, with rounded arms raised on ring-turned spindles, over four short legs, all on rockers.
